Governments come and go. Big politicians always visit prisons solidarize with the people in custody. The conditions in our prisons are not the best, but interestingly these politicians in position of authority keep visiting our prisons with a token and plenty talks. Nothing is done after the visit and talking. Mr. Interior Minister, please help to change the conditions of our prisons, especially the Kumasi Central Prison. Again , if possible, help move it from Adum.
I will also be glad if we change the name from prisons to Correction Center, as used by some countries. Ghana prisons need an upgrade. Coka, l care .
